Bats Have Been Modified to be More Like Wood, but has Nike Done too Much

High School and College baseball have changed their rules on the bats that can be used.  College made the switch this past season and high school will start implementing the new rule in 2012.  The focus was to make bats seem more like wood in an attempt to lower the scoring, especially at the college level.  It seems that Nike has possibly done too much to their bats and many teams are opting not to use Nike's product anymore.  Click here to read the article.
